- 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms: sleeps 10 comfortably (plus room for additional in media room)
- 3 bedrooms are en suite with their own full bathrooms - perfect for multi-family trips, couples getaways or golf/ski weeks
- Bunk room with full bathroom
- Powder room on main level for guests
- Game room in garage for all season fun. We are ALWAYS adding more goodies here
- Everything your DOGGY needs to be safe and have fun, too - AND unlike other Sunriver homes, we don't charge a fee for your doggy!
- A stocked dedicated theater room with large TV and sound bar to hunker down with your favorite movie or watch your favorite team
- 7 person private hot tub to soak in
- 10 SHARC passes for all the year-round fun
- Two decks to capture the morning sun, the afternoon sun, to star-gaze or to relax with a drink
What makes our home so special?
We vacation here too, so we designed this home to be comfortable, fun, and have all the little touches you'd have in your own home. We aren't a cookie-cutter home that is just one of hundreds managed by a big company.
Our dog, Dante, is a part of our family and we know your pup is, too. That's why we DON'T CHARGE A FEE FOR YOUR DOG. Use that savings to buy your pup a new toy instead.
What does that mean?
- Organic Quince sheets to keep you comfy and well rested
- A full coffee and tea station to keep you fueled
- A kitchen stocked with all the gadgets (we LOVE to cook), matching plates, serving bowls, placements and cloth napkins
- Original artwork we've collected over the years
- Framed posters of some of our all-time favorite movies in the theater room
- We even have an "Oops, we got in late and didn't get to the grocery store" meal in the pantry, just in case!
- Everything your pup needs to stay safe and have fun!
- Cozy blankets and bed & pillow options (We are a house divided - Jen likes her pillow soft and Mark likes a firm pillow so we got you covered!) hooks right where you need them. (And we've even got the NICE TOILET PAPER. We told you we thought of everything!)

We love to travel with our dog, Dante. We know you love your pet just as much so we created a safe, comfy and special place for them, too:
- Enclosed dog run (even with a fire hydrant!) in your backyard with easy access and stocked poopy bags
- Food and water bowls and dedicated doggy mat on site
- We even have pup treats for your good boy
We don't just allow pets - we welcome them!
